A lot of the people I see complaining about Disney+ are people who aren’t in their target market. Their bread-and-butter segment is families with children <15/yo. Star Wars and Marvel fall to the higher end of that segment, but the core offering is the Classic Disney vault and Pixar. As a parent that falls into that segment it absolutely fills a desire for curated kid-focused content.

On the technical side, I’ve had a few small issues like periodic dropped frames that turned out to be my browser ad blocker blocking background scripts. Other than that it’s been pretty flawless, especially the Roku app.
